Order Processing
We make every effort to fulfill orders within 2 business days, however we are a small shop producing items on-demand and production equipment failures do happen from time to time. If there is going to be a significant delay we will reach out to let you know and will do our best to make the wait worth your while! If you have any concerns at any point, we're always happy to hear from you!
Shipping Rates & Timelines
By default we offer standard shipping. In the US this is 1st Class Package shipping with USPS. Internationally, the carrier varies by destination. In either case, we've sought out the best prices we could find so that all shipping is simple and easy at a flat, low rate.
- Domestic US Shipping - $5
- To Canada - $9
- Everywhere else - $11
Delivery timelines depend heavily on destination and carrier. Some rough estimates are below, but they are, unfortunately, not guaranteed.
- Domestic US Shipping - 1-5 days
- International Shipping - 1-4+ Weeks
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for options. The easiest way is to contact us before placing an order, but if you've already placed the order and we haven't shipped it yet, we're happy to do what we can to help.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ink-A-Pet declares the full value of all items we ship and cannot be responsible for any import fees, taxes, tarrifs, or other charges that arise during shipping. Any such fees are the responsibility of the receipent.
Damages
If your order arives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible! We are happy to work with you and help make it right. In many cases the next step will be to file a claim with your shipping carrier, but we're happy to walk you through that process and do what we can to help along the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges that are not the result of a damanged or defective item will be processed on an individual basis. We're happy to work with you to get you the items you really want! Just reach out to us on our Contact form for help.
